OH&S, Sustainability & Quality Assurance ManagerResponsible for creating and implementing Allmore’s policies and procedures. Ensuring that Allmore and its entire staff conduct their work according to the relevant acts, regulations and codes of practices with direction and support.
Project ManagerResponsible for the performance of the Allmore project team in the following areas:
Contract AdministratorResponsible for all the contract administration and financial reporting requirements for the project and report both to the Project Manager and construction as well as Senior Management:
Site ManagerResponsible to the Project Manager ensuring the following key performance areas are successfully covered:
Finishes ForemanReporting to the Site Manager he will ensure the daily activities required for the overall fit-out are within time, safety, and quality as expected by the client, design consultants and project team. He will be ensuring that all outstanding works on defects are completed within times to satisfy all interested parties. Site OH&S RepresentativeAll our OH&S representatives are trained to Certificate 3 as a minimum and provide support for all staff, contractors and visitors working on our sites. Directed by the OH&S, Sustainability & Quality Assurance Manager, ensures that all policies and procedures are met. Weekly Safety Meetings are held to ensure that site safety requirements are met. Zero Harm is our aim for all involved. |
