Senior Management

The primary role of the Company Directors is to efficiently direct the successful delivery of all building construction projects in terms of quality, contract margin, time, environmental, OH&S and industrial relations objectives.

Construction Manager

Responsible for providing senior management direction and support to the site management team.  Ensuring the following services are implemented for a successful project completion:

  • Buildability and procurement advice
  • Planning, programming direction and advice
  • Trade packaging advice
  • Facilitate resources backup as required
  • Advise on industrial relations matters
  • Advise on procedures and policies

OH&S, Sustainability & Quality Assurance Manager

Responsible for creating and implementing Allmore’s policies and procedures. Ensuring that Allmore and its entire staff conduct their work according to the relevant acts, regulations and codes of practices with direction and support.

  • Coordinates the preparation and implements the Site Safety Management Plan
  • Liases with Senior Management through to Site foreman and OHS reps to ensure safety, sustainability and  Quality Assurance obligations are met
  • Ensures that Allmore’s certification and accreditation obligations are met
  • Programmes frequent OH&S audits which ensures constant measurement of OH&S performance

Project Manager

Responsible for the performance of the Allmore project team in the following areas:

  • Will be the Construction Manager’s representative
  • Liaise with the client and design consultants
  • Provide preconstruction advice on design and buildability
  • Programming, procurement and trade letting review
  • Ensure timely completion and manage Quality Assurance
  • Manage the Industrial Relations matters
  • Manage and oversee occupational Health& Safety issues

Contract Administrator

Responsible for all the contract administration and financial reporting requirements for the project and report both to the Project Manager and construction as well as Senior Management:

  • Oversee subcontract packaging policy
  • Establish administration systems and procedures
  • Manage project budget and reporting
  • Tender and scope trade packages
  • Let trade packages in conjunction with Management Team
  • Evaluate and ensure subcontract and supplier payments
  • Prepare monthly client progress claims

Site Manager

Responsible to the Project Manager ensuring the following key performance areas are successfully covered:

  • Manage site resources and set up the sequence of works
  • Manage the early works packages
  • Liaise with the project structural engineers and architect for constructability matters
  • Concentrate on completing the superstructure
  • Oversee the fit-off sequence and ensure works are kept on programme

Finishes Foreman

Reporting to the Site Manager he will ensure the daily activities required for the overall fit-out are within time, safety, and quality as expected by the client, design consultants and project team. He will be ensuring that all outstanding works on defects are completed within times to satisfy all interested parties.

Site OH&S Representative

All our OH&S representatives are trained to Certificate 3 as a minimum and provide support for all staff, contractors and visitors working on our sites. Directed by the OH&S, Sustainability & Quality Assurance Manager, ensures that all policies and procedures are met. Weekly Safety Meetings are held to ensure that site safety requirements are met. Zero Harm is our aim for all involved.
