Allmore’s policy is aimed to be fair and honest in all dealings with its most valuable resource, our employees. Allmore’s Industrial Relations is continually reviewed and improved. This is achieved by:

  • Allmore will always adopt a proactive approach to Industrial Relations in an effort to ensure harmony with our employees and employee representatives, which in turn will assist our Clients to achieve their goals.
  • We will always work within the bounds of Awards or Agreements, that may be applicable to any particular work place or work site.
  • Allmore's employment contracts comply with the Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and abides by all obligations under Government Legislation.
  • The Company is committed to the training of its personnel in the field of Industrial Relations Management techniques, and to create a close working relationship with our employees, at all levels which helps build mutual respect, gratitude and honesty.

Our Industrial Relations policy is communicated to all staff through inductions and general meetings and is reviewed annually during the management review meetings. It is also made available to interested parties.
