The project involved the demolition of existing industrial style dilapidated buildings and structures, remediation of contaminated soil, refurbishment of existing heritage listed building on Nicholson Street and Mollison Street. |
The development now comprises a suspended landscaped courtyard at Level 1 surrounded by forty one (41) apartments throughout the heritage building and twenty (20) townhouses including the construction of a new two level carpark. |
