A new single level brick veneer building. Facing west with large aluminium glazed windows. Internally are exposed steal columns, plasterboard walls with new joinery throughout. The central meeting room is clad internally with yellow glazed aluminium windows. Automatic louvres are set to purge to air from the building at night, this cuts down on cooling used to provide a “Greener Building”. |
