This redevelopment of the Stawell Health & Community Centre in Regional Victoria meets a wide range of health needs for the people living in this Stawell region. The Centre provides a unique integrated model of care where a number of services and collaborative arrangements with local community groups and services such as Stawell Regional Health, Grampians Health Service and Wimmera Uniting Care combine to services this community. The facility houses a large community health service, medical clinic, allied health and youth services. |
The design of the facility captures the essence of the nearby Grampians including the surrounding landscape and history. The three level building is designed and built to give this regional community the very best in health and social welfare infrastructure. |
